Don Rigo Robusto

Our most requested re-order is our very popular Rubusto. This favorite of ours is a honey of a smoke at 5 inches ×48 ring gauge cigar that would be classed as a little smaller ring gauge "Rothschild" or "Toro" shape. It is a very satisfying smoke that doesn't require the amount of time committed to the longer cigars. It still retains the flavor and the taste while not requiring as much time. A great Saturday morning smoke with a cup of coffee after a leisurely breakfast.

Don Rigo Torpedo

Yet another perennial favorite with Don Rigo customers is the Torpedoes.This 5½ inch ×52 ring gauge smoke is a bit more fulsome than our Churchills while still retaining that smooth smoke that Don Rigo is so noted for. This style also comes in all of the above mentioned wrapper color variations. A welcome addition to the flavor of a snifter of brandy or perhaps a hearty cup of Earl Grey tea or a mug of Cappuccino.

Future plans for the torpedoes include prototypes and experiments using our basic filler-binder recipe with the more exotic and tasty wrappers of Oscuro, Corojo and Sumatra wrappers.

Don Rigo Churchill

The Churchill is the flagship of the Don Rigo line. One of the more popular medium large cigars, they measure 7 inches in length by a respectable ×46 ring gauge in diameter. They are filled with organically grown Dominican tobaccos as filler and binder as are all of our products and come with a variety of outer wrappers. These outer wrappers include a hearty Dominican Republic Maduro, a lighter Natural wrapper that is also Dominican Republic grown. Our light Champagne Claro wrapper is a shade grown tobacco imported from Connecticut.

Something to look forward to when matched up with our superb Dominican Republic blends! Almost any beverage short of the super sweet canned drinks is a great complement for a Churchill. A particular favorite of ours is a great mug of strongly brewed Costa Rican or Latin American coffee or a favorite cognac or brandy.

Don Rigo Panatela

Panatelas are the slim leggy vixens of our line. A ×38 ring gauge six-inch cigar that promises a satisfying flirtation with a memorable pleasant finish. While our Panatelas might not be as big around as our other offerings they do promise a very pleasant companionship for the time they are part of our evening or morning.

A drive to work with a Panatela may not smooth out the personality of a cranky boss or make the "grind" any more fun but it will make the drive there more bearable. It will make the commute home an "airlock experience." as well. As with all our other shapes and sizes the Panatelas are available in our usual wrappers. And as with the others plans are to have our Panatelas wrapped in our more exotic wrappers as well.
